MFV Enterprise is a squid trawler which fishes the grounds off the East coast of the USA.
EK Marine Ltd designed, and manufactured new deck equipment and modified the hydraulic control system to increase the fishing capability and efficiency of the vessel on behalf of its owners Lunds Fisheries.
Project Detail
EK Marine Ltd designed and manufactured the following items of deck equipment together with supplying and installing a new hydraulic bow thruster, hydraulic control system and wire counter.
2 x EKM Split Trawl Winches, 36t line pull with timed guiding on, servo assisted hydraulically actuated fail safe brakes.
1 x EKM Pump through hose reel
1 x Knuckle boom tilting head power block and fish pumping crane capacity of 1.5t @ 9.5m, 360 degree slewing, fish pump winch and stainless steel sheave head and radio remote control.
